As a person that does not put sugar to my personal coffee, seldom drinks fizzy beverages, whose breakfast hasn’t result from a box with a cartoon upon it since permanently and does not stock up their searching container with cookies, desserts and candy a€“ I don’t look like the kind of one who must undertake the challenge of quitting sugar.
However, i really do has a sweet enamel and I also volunteered to defend myself against the task to stop sugar for 30 days. So I performed.
